Work Permit Service

Legal documents regulating the issuance, extension, and exemption of Work Permits for foreign workers

Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14, issued by the Government on November 20, 2019, effective from January 1, 2021.

Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP, issued on December 30, 2020, effective from February 15, 2021.

Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP, amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP, issued on December 30, 2020, regarding foreign workers in Vietnam and the recruitment and management of Vietnamese employees working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam, effective on September 18, 2023.
